Reservation Agreement
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES:
On one side, Alppaşa Seyahat Turizm Tekstil İnş. San. Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") with its registered address at Barbaros Mah. Müze Sok. No: 11 Muratpaşa, Antalya, and on the other side, [Customer's Full Name and Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), have mutually agreed upon the following terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT:
This agreement covers the purchase of products/services and reservation transactions made by the Customer through the Agency under the terms and conditions specified herein for the Customer and other individuals included in the reservation.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENTS:
3.1. At the time of reservation, 100% of the total reservation amount shall be paid in advance via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
3.2. Promotional or discounted reservations are subject to upfront or full payment terms. These products are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
3.3. In the event of a reservation cancellation, the cancellation policies specified under the "Cancellations and Changes" section shall apply. No cancellations are allowed for promotional products.
3.4. If payment is not completed within the specified period, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any liability.
3.5. All payments shall be made in accordance with the invoice details provided during the reservation.
ARTICLE 4 - IMPLEMENTATION:
4.1. The Customer shall stay at the accommodation within the specified dates. Should the Customer wish to extend their stay, they must notify the Agency and complete the necessary payment. Extensions are subject to the hotel’s availability.
4.2. Items that emit odors, liquids, explosives, or anything disruptive, as well as sharp or dangerous weapons, are prohibited unless otherwise stated. Pets are allowed only if the facility explicitly permits them.
4.3. The Agency shall not be liable for theft, loss, damage, or accidents occurring during the Customer’s stay at the facility. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. It is recommended to use the hotel’s safe deposit box services.
4.4. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM unless otherwise specified by the hotel. The Customer must verify check-in and check-out times with the hotel beforehand.
4.5. The hotel management reserves the right to warn or terminate the stay of any Customer who fails to adhere to the hotel’s rules. In such cases, payments will not be refunded.
4.6. The Customer must not exceed the number of guests specified during the reservation. If exceeded, the hotel may charge an additional fee or refuse the extra guests.
ARTICLE 5 - AGREEMENT PRICE AND PAYMENT:
5.1. The total agreement price, including VAT, is Total Amount.
5.2. This price includes all services explicitly stated in the reservation. Services not specified in the reservation, such as minibar, spa, or transfer services, are subject to additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
5.3. The Customer agrees to pay 100% of the reservation amount upfront via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
5.4. If payment is not made by the date specified during the reservation, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The Customer shall not have any claims in this case.
5.5. The Customer acknowledges that no price differences will be applied during the reservation period. However, refunds will not be provided for campaign or special offer-based discounts.
5.6. Payments are considered valid only when supported by an invoice or payment receipt issued by the Agency.
ARTICLE 6 - DURATION AND TERMINATION:
6.1. The Customer must notify the Agency in writing of any changes to the reservation at least 15 days before the start date of the stay. Otherwise, the terms of this agreement shall remain valid.
6.2. The Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel the hotel reservation, in whole or in part, at least seven days before the start date.
- If the Customer does not accept such changes, the reservation will be canceled, and the full payment will be refunded.
- However, no compensation claims can be made by the Customer.
- For payments made via credit card, the credit card commission fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
6.3. If the Customer wishes to cancel the reservation, cancellations will only be accepted under the following circumstances: - In the case of serious illness, injury, or the death of the Customer or a first-degree relative, substantiated by a medical report from a government hospital.
- For cancellations made 15 days before the start date, 35% of the accommodation fee will be deducted as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date, no refund will be provided.
ARTICLE 7 - FORCE MAJEURE:
7.1. The Agency shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.)
- Social events (wars, strikes, protests, terrorism, etc.)
- Technical issues (electricity or water outages, transportation disruptions, etc.)
- Issues related to the accommodation facility (technical malfunctions, closures, etc.)
7.2. In such cases, the Agency will communicate with the Customer to arrange cancellation, modification, or rescheduling of the reservation. No compensation claims will be accepted.
ARTICLE 8 - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS:
8.1. The Agency fulfills its obligation by confirming the reservation at the specified accommodation. Any issues arising from the Customer or the accommodation are not the responsibility of the Agency.
8.2. Complaints must be reported to the Agency or the hotel management in writing during the stay. Continued use of the services despite complaints implies the waiver of related rights.
8.3. This agreement is valid without a physical signature. Approval of the reservation implies acceptance of these terms.
ARTICLE 9 - PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION:
9.1. The Customer authorizes the Agency to collect the reservation amount using one of the following methods:
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Virtual POS
- Mail Order
9.2. In case of non-payment, the reservation may be canceled.
By confirming the reservation, the Customer declares acceptance of all terms in this agreement.
